Our Story
Started in Shaw, Now Across the City
District Cottage started with one rowhouse in Shaw. It's now 22 properties: Shaw and Bloomingdale townhomes, rowhomes that sleep up to 14, a boho loft near the Convention Center, and two cabins outside Farmville, Virginia. Every home is owner-managed. The person who answers your message is the same one who chose the mattress and stocked the kitchen.
