We had a excellent stay! Highly recommend. Really nice accommodations. We stayed in all four levels and every floor was great. It was safe and secure and very clean. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. We all slept very well. The towels were great too. Also, we went in late August which was hot but the AC works very well on every floor keeping us all nice and cool. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room and close to restaurants, bars and the metro making it easy to get around DC. Don’t miss out. Book now!!!

We had the best stay at Ivan and Stephen’s place! From the smooth check-in to the moment we left, everything was completely seamless. The space is lovely, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need with plenty of fresh towels, super comfortable bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen. As a coffee lover, having both a pod and a filter machine was such an amazing, thoughtful touch! The location is great, with a grocery store right outside the building making quick runs so convenient. Safety and security were top-notch with smart, reliable locks that made us feel completely secure throughout our stay. On top of that, Ivan’s communication was unmatched, he literally responded within a minute whenever I messaged him! Checkout was effortless, and you can truly tell how much care goes into hosting. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting DC

The host was very accommodating and responsive. They made it easier for us to have the whole house. This was a beautiful home and the amenities were awesome. Will definitely stay again.
